Pasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, cubed
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
    onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    your favorite pie dough recipe
Preparation
    Combine meat, potatoes (the proportions vary depending on taste and food budget, can be equal parts), onion, salt and pepper.
    Roll pie dough into 6 x 6-inch squares.
    Put about 1 cup mixture in center.
    Top with a dab of butter.
    Fold in sides, then roll up ends to form pockets.
    Continue until all meat and potatoes are gone.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be served warm, opened up and topped with butter or the next day cold, spread with butter on the outside.
