Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 stick melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mash potatoes with mixer; add all other ingredients.
Blend well.
Place in greased casserole dish and top with topping.
