Pumpkin Pie(Crustless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk (14 oz.)
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. baking mix
Preparation
    Mix all together with an electric beater.
    Pour into a greased pie plate (large).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
