Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 egg
    15 saltine crackers (crumbs)
    1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Drain liquid and remove bones from salmon. Mix together salmon, onion, egg, Old Bay seasoning and cracker crumbs.
    Mold mixture into 8 patties.
    Heat oil in skillet. Cook salmon patties on both sides until golden brown.
