Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. cheese
    1 (8 oz.) piece ham, cubed (precooked)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes done first; put aside.
    Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and pepper; saute.
    Stir in flour, then milk and 3/4 of cheese.
    Cook until thickened.
    Makes a gravy.
