Butter Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla or lemon)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until very light.
    Beat in salt, sugar and flavoring.
    Beat in milk which has been heated to boiling with the butter.
    Add flour and baking powder which were sifted together. Pour very quickly into greased and floured pan (1 large layer pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
