Egg And Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, boiled
    12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 c. white sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium sized bag potato chips, crumbled
Preparation
    Put the cheese in the white sauce and stir.
    Butter a large casserole dish; layer the eggs and bacon.
    Pour a little sauce between layers.
    Pour the remaining sauce over the eggs and bacon. Sprinkle the crumbled potato chips over the top.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Makes a very good breakfast or brunch dish.
