Shepherd Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    dash whole thyme
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can vegetable soup
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked beef
    4 servings mashed potatoes
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook celery, onions and thyme in butter until vegetables are tender.
    Add soup, water, beef and heat.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole, spoon potatoes in mounds around the edge. Broil until potatoes are brown.
