Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper
    2 c. Colby cheese, diced
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. canned milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until tender, drain.
    Rinse.
    Add butter and cool.
    Cook peas until done; cool.
    Add cooled peas to macaroni. Stir in dressing.
