Peanut Butter Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix until creamy, roll out on waxed paper, spread with peanut butter.
Roll up, jelly roll style.
Slice and let dry.
