Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can warm beer
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a loaf pan, melt butter, then pour out.
    Save remaining butter after thoroughly greasing pan sides. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, beer and sugar.
    Pour batter into loaf pan.
    Pour remaining butter over batter.
    Bake 1 hour.
