Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream
1 (12 oz.) can frozen concentrate orange juice, thawed and undiluted
Preparation

In top of double boiler, over simmering water, combine milk, sugar and eggs.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickens and coats back of spoon.
Cool, stir in cream and orange juice concentrate.
Transfer to ice cream freezer.
Freeze to instructions of manufacturer.
Makes 2 quarts.
