Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt; add cooking oil, cold water, vanilla and vinegar.
    Mix by hand (not with a mixer).
    Do not beat too hard to have a good cake.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until it starts drawing away from the edge of pan.
    Serve with your favorite icing.
