Cheese Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. cumin seed
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix flour with cheese.
    Add black pepper, cumin seed, salt and butter.
    Blend well and make a stiff dough.
    Divide dough into 3 portions.
    Knead and make patties.
    Using a little flour on a surface, roll each patty large and round.
    Cut into small squares and drop into heated oil.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Finish the rest of the dough in the same manner.
