Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 jar mild taco sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat.
Drain and add sauce, spices and 1 cup cheese. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with tortillas.
Pour in meat mixture.
Add another layer of tortillas.
Pour soup and milk mix over the top.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
