Angel Biscuits #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. unsifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add with buttermilk to dry mixture; mix well.
    Turn out on lightly floured board and roll to desired thickness.
    Cut into biscuits and bake for 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
