Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 qt. corn oil
Preparation
    Dip cheese cubes into egg whites, then in crumbs; let dry a few minutes, then repeat coating.
    Pour corn oil into heavy 3-quart saucepan filling no more than 1/3 full.
    Heat over medium heat to 375\u00b0.
    Fry cheese a few pieces at a time, 1 minute or until golden brown.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Makes about 24 1-inch cubes.
