Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled
Preparation

Cut carrots diagonally in 1/4-inch slices, cook and drain. Mix sugar and flour in medium sized saucepan.
Stir in orange juice.
Bring to boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low, stir in butter.
Simmer 2 minutes until thickened.
Add carrots, stir to coat and glaze.
Makes 10 servings.
