Sheri'S Faux Caviar And New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small red potatoes (about 3/4 lb.)
    water
    1/3 c. sour cream
    4 large pitted ripe olives, minced
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and cut each in half. Scoop a dollop of sour cream on each potato half. Top with ripe olives.
