Too Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 peaches, sliced (or use frozen)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    5 slices white bread
Preparation
    Place fruit in buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cut crust from bread and cut each slice into 4 fingers.
    Place bread fingers over fruit.
    In bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter.
    Pour over fruit and bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until light brown on top.
    Can sprinkle nutmeg on top of bread, if desired.
