Elfrieda'S Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. carrots
    1/2 c. Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain, rinse and cool.
    Cut up green pepper, onion and carrots.
    Mix with macaroni.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise and Eagle Brand milk together.
    Add to macaroni.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
