Company Beef Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    bacon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into 5 patties. Encircle each patty with bacon strip and secure with toothpick (filet mignon appearance).\tPlace patties on broiler rack and broil 7 inches from source of heat for 6 minutes.
    Turn over and broil 6 more minutes.
    I sometimes wrap the bacon around the patty and grill in my George Foreman grill.
