Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (6 oz.) long grain and wild rice mix
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, brown sausage in skillet.
    Drain off fat.
    Combine sausage and remaining ingredients in Pam sprayed 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
