Walnut Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts, boned and chopped
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. red grapes
    lettuce leaves
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. saffron or peanut oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Toss nuts in soy sauce.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes or until brown and toasted.
    Cover pan with foil to avoid burning. Mix lettuce, grapes, walnuts and chicken in bowl.
    Cover with dressing and serve.
