Beat 'N Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white (unbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix first four ingredients in a small deep bowl.
Add boiling water.
Beat to stiff peaks.
