Angel Hair Pasta With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Box Angel Hair Pasta
    3 Cans Minced/Chopped Clams, Drain Juice and Save
    3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    1 Can Anchovies
    Optional: Adds Great Flavor - 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large skillet, add butter and melt.
    Add garlic, stirring to saute and then add juice from clams and bring mixture to boil.
    Add anchovies and simmer.
    Reduce liquid to about half, about 10 minutes.
    Add minced clams and heat thoroughly.
    Pour over cooked pasta, toss and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
