Mexican Wedding Bells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 c. cake flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add flour, pecans and vanilla.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on greased sheet pan and flatten slightly.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Roll in additional confectioners sugar while hot.
When cool, roll in sugar again.
Yields 25 to 30 balls.
