Avocado And Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    4 avocados, halved and pitted
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine eggs, onions and tomatoes. Scoop out avocado shells, leaving shells firm; brush with a little lemon juice. Cube avocado pulp and stir in remaining ingredients. add egg mixture and spoon into avocado shells. Sprinkle bacon on top.
