Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
3 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

In medium saucepan, add cocoa, cornstarch and sugar.
Add enough milk (about 1/4 cup) to make a paste.
Stir until smooth. Slowly add 3 cups of milk; stir after each cup.
Cook over medium heat and stir constantly, until it comes to a boil.
Take off heat and add vanilla and butter.
Put whipping cream on top!
