Chilled Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1/2 c. red pepper, diced
    1/2 c. green onion, sliced (with tops)
    1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Wash, trim and cut green beans into bite-sized pieces.
    Fill a large pan with 1 inch of water.
    Bring to a boil and add green beans.
    Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine the green beans with all other ingredients.
    Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
    Makes 6 servings.
