Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Grease 10 to 12 muffin cups.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.
    In second bowl, beat oil, egg, milk and almond extract until smooth.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix until only moistened.
    Stir in poppy seed.
    Spoon into muffin cups.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, until golden brown.
