Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. corn, cut from cob
    5 c. onions
    5 c. small cucumbers
    5 c. ripe tomatoes
    3 green and 3 red peppers
    1/4 scant c. salt
    5 c. vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1/2 oz. celery seed
    1 oz. mustard seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Grind onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers.\tBoil all ingredients for 40 minutes.
    Dissolve 1 1/4 tablespoon flour in a little water.
    Add to mixture.
    Boil 10 minutes longer.
    Place in jars and seal.
    Makes about 13 pints.
