Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 head cabbage (medium)
    1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain well.
    Slice cabbage; place on ground beef and cover.
    Cook on low heat until cabbage is tender.
    Cut Velveeta in small chunks over cabbage; add sour cream.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes, or until cheese bubbles.
