Sausage-N-Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 lb. pan sausage
1 c. raw rice
1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix (not instant)
Preparation

Chop and saute celery, bell pepper and onion with the sausage (crumbled) until tender.
Heat 3 cups of water to boil.
In a casserole dish, add raw rice, soup mix and sauteed mixture; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes.
Easy to double or triple recipe.
Freezes well.
