Sunday Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken fryer
1 1/2 to 2 c. broth
1 stick margarine
1/2 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of celery soup
small pan of cornbread
Preparation

Boil fryer; debone and save broth.
Melt margarine and chop onion finely.
Mix chicken, broth, cornbread, margarine and onion. Add can of chicken soup and celery soup.
Stir and add salt and pepper as desired.
Pour into casserole dish; use a dish that will make dressing approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until light brown.
