Pinakbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium size paria (bittermelon), cut into 1/2 or 1/3
    3 to 4 medium eggplant, cut in 1/2
    5 to 6 okra
    10 to 20 string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium round onion, chopped
    1-inch ginger, pressed
    1 oz. fish sauce
    1 c. water
    10 or more dried shrimp (ebi) or 5 or more chichiron
Preparation
    Clean vegetables.
    Put all ingredients into a quart size pot. Cook until done.
    Check taste before vegetables are fully cooked and add more fish sauce, if desired.
