Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (example: catfish, sole, halibut, trout)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Clean fish; wash cavity and dry.
    Melt butter or margarine and spread evenly over the bottom of a baking dish.
    Combine pepper, salt and paprika.
    Sprinkle herb mixture on both sides of fish. Place fish on top of butter.
    Drizzle with lemon juice.
    Garnish with parsley if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is almost done.
