Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cream
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together.
    By hand, roll into 1 1/2-inch balls and brown on all sides.
    Roll in flour.
    Drop into boiling chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve on rice.
