Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    soft margarine
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. half and half milk
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Stir to crumble. Drain.
    Spread each slice of bread with margarine and cut into cubes.
    Put cubes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage. Top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Beat.
    Pour over mixture.
    Chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Good for Derby Day!
