Lemon Pie(Century Old Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk or water
5 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grate rind and juice of two lemons.
Grate rinds.
Remove seed from juice.
Mix flour and sugar; add milk, egg yolks (well beaten), salt and lemons; cook until thick.
Add butter.
Bake crust.
Pour in filling.
Cover with meringue and bake in moderate oven until brown.
