Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. diced, raw apples
1 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts are recommended)
Preparation

Mix together the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla, then add flour, soda and salt, mixing thoroughly.\tAdd apples and nuts and, again,
mix
thoroughly.
Dough will be very stiff after apples are added.\tBake
in
a tube pan or loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
