No Cook Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. instant minced onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate up to one week.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
