Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash brown frozen potatoes
2 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 small pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
20 Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Place hash brown potatoes in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix soup, sour cream and onions and spread over potatoes.
Put cheese on top of mixture.
Crush crackers and place on top and drizzle melted margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yield:
12 servings.
