Single Pie Crust #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco or butter
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt. Cut Crisco or butter in with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture has lumps no larger than peas and is evenly coarse.
    Sprinkle with water, one tablespoon at a time, blending with a fork until mixture holds shape of ball. Roll out.
