Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal or use cornbread mix
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 small can jalapenos, cut up fine, cut as if for decoration
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bacon drippings or oil
    1 (No. 2) can cream of corn
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, baking soda and salt well.
    Then add milk, eggs, bacon grease and creamed corn.
    Mix well.
