Scalloped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes
3 Granny Smith apples
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine, cutup
Preparation

Cook potatoes, drain and cool.
Peel, core and thinly slice apples into rings.
Arranges half of apples and half of potatoes slices in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, sprinkle with half the brown sugar mixture and dot evenly with half of margarine.
Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, serve warm.
