3 eggs yolks beaten
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. oleo
dash salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat. Stir constantly until thickens. Cool pour over fruit.
