Peaches-N-Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. dry pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 medium size can sliced peaches, well drained (preserve juice)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease bottom and sides of 9 or 10-inch pie pan.
Combine the first 7 ingredients in bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan.
Place peaches over batter.
Combine in bowl the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Spoon to within 1-inch of edge of batter.
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
