Microwave Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. water or milk
2 to 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; shape into 1 1/2-inch meat balls (makes about 20).
Arrange in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; heat 10 to 12 minutes, draining liquid and rearranging meat balls once. Yields 4 servings.
