Pepper Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. hot chili oil
    1/3 c. diced red pepper
    1/3 c. diced yellow pepper
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    2 to 3 cloves minced fresh garlic
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Heat oils in a large skillet; add peppers and garlic.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in rice and salt.
    Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
